Mind Entrance- Suryo Djagad

Based on the thread @m_fikris or Mufis. Gilang, who is a student from one of the state university in Surabaya, goes viral on several social media platforms. Quibbling about doing final assignment research, Gilang seduced and forced the victim (Mufis) to obey his request by wrapping himself in duct tape and cloth. Even though the victim has already refused to do the wrap-up action, Gilang continues to force and convince the victim with the very same reason plus that is for his own therapy, the victim feels sorry because he continues to beg and finally agreed to follow Gilang's will.

Mufis, assisted by his friend, conduct a wrap-up, take a video and then send it to Gilang. After about three hours Mufis was ducted and wrapped, he felt the actions he had done were very detrimental to him and felt uncomfortable. Mufis and his friends felt harassed by Gilang after getting a chat like "sini peluk wkwk" and "Dek, siapa nih ganteng". Not quite up there, Gilang asked Mufis and his friend to repeat the wrapping activities because of a fatal error in the previous activity, and because of that error, Gilang then asked Mufis's friend to be the next wrap-around model. Gilang also threatened Mufis if his request was not complied, then his vertigo disease would recur.

1. SEXOLOGY ANALYSIS

Reported by cnnindonesia.com, according to the statement of Sexologist Zoya Amirin, the actions taken by Gilang are deviant sex acts, namely fetish-necrophilia. Fetish-necrophilia is a condition where someone will feel aroused towards others who are in a state of helplessness, coma, or corpse. However, this statement cannot be said to be a diagnosa, because the Sexologist must look at the travel history of the offender, whether during his life the offender is only aroused at people in a helpless state or not and cannot be based on statements on social media but must be investigated further.

2. PSYCHOLOGY ANALYSIS

In terms of Psychology, according to Clinical and Forensic Psychologists, Kasandra Putranto, he doubts that Gilang's actions are fetishes, because the definition of fetish itself is a person's sexual stimulation of inanimate objects or nongenital bodies, for example: photos, clothes, bras, dolls, legs, fingers, hair, etc. In this case it was a cloth, but Kasandra doubted that it was a fetish, because in that cloth there were humans and in some cases the cloth used was plain cloth and sarong. Kasandra admitted that it was difficult to analyze this case, because strong evidences are needed and could not be based only on social media.

Cases after cases of sexual violence have sprung up, increased, and widely spead up on multiple social media, but the reporting and the law enforcement procedures are unclear and only limited to a clarification or apologic video by the perpetrators. The lack of legal handling on cases of violence and sexual harassment should be a strong reason to immediately ratify the Draft Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence (RUU PKS).
